Egg free salmon patties? - patty cake free movie
I would like to make salmon burgers and cake for lunch. My child is allergic to eggs (which does not May). Has anyone a recipe without eggs, but could with a common ingredient in now have at home? (I have the egg substitute, P right now).

Use your favorite recipe and use mashed potatoes. Instant mashed potato flakes are fine.

Some good ingredients needed are butter and flour with diluted juice or milk, fish, sour cream, a little lemon and spices that make it especially palatable.

ReplyDeleteI do use only when I bread with salmon eggs, salmon croquettes (and Crab Cakes), I use fish, seasoned breadcrumbs, taste with other seasonings. If the bread is not enough to keep everything together, add Lilttle flour or cereals (corn flakes, for example).
