If you are shaving cream, use it as shaving cream. Put it down there and shave (with care). If there is a depilatory (hair removal cream, do not require the shaving, but to dissolve the hair) I do not recommend using it. It is designed for use around the genitals, anus or nipples, as these areas are very sensitive and chemicals that cause a negative reaction and pain, they can be themselves infected.
